Intervention Training
The next Systemic Family Intervention Training/Workshop will be held on October 19 & 21, 2009 at the Troon Golf/Spa Resort in St. George, Utah.
The Systemic Family Intervention (Version 5.0) model challenges the
way we look at the intervention process and encourages a focus on the family and friends along with the addicted individual.
Wayne Raiter and Heather Hayes are experienced interventionists and trainers. Wayne Raiter MA, LICSW is the founder and President of Executive Care Inc., a corporation that was founded to promote the study and development of models that addresses the needs of people in the business community. Mr. Raiter was formerly the founder and director of Lakewood Counseling and Career Center and also Executive Director of Judson Family Center. He has worked nationally and internationally in the field for 30 years. He has authored several books and continues to teach and consult in the areas of high performance and change management.
Heather is a licensed counselor and a Board Registered Interventionist (BRI II). She is currently in private practice in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Hayes has treated addictions and other disorders for over 25 years. She is also a psychological profiler for the Hostage Negotiation and SWAT team for the Forsyth County Sheriffs Department. She is co-author of the upcoming book Invitational Intervention - The Arise Model: A Step-by-Step Guide for Helping Clinicians Understand Women's Issues in Addiction Treatment Entry and Recovery
