Wayne Raiter MA, LICSW is the founder and President of Executive Care Inc., a corporation that was founded to promote the study and development of models that addresses the needs of people in the business community. Mr. Raiter was formerly the founder and director of Lakewood Counseling and Career Center and also Executive Director of Judson Family Center. He has worked nationally and internationally in the field for 30 years. He has authored several books and continues to teach and consult in the areas of high performance and change management.
